Cassola..a Holiday getaway Dessert Recipe

Cassola is customarily a Jewish dessert, but as a result of the chief ingredient is new ricotta cheese it is also a conventional cheesecake served in Italy. Very simple, sweet and mouth watering as all Italian dishes are, this one only has 5 ingredients and is fairly simple for even the novice cook to whip up. The trick to its' delcious consistency is applying new ricotta, not ricotta that has been constructed in a substantial processing plant. Contemporary ricotta is creamy, and clean, and very nearly very little like you'll find it factory constructed type.
