Cheesecake Factory's Avocado Egg Rolls Copycat Recipe


Who would not adore the Cheesecake Factory? I read somewhere that it was voted America's favorite chain restaurant. With menu things like these egg rolls, I can see why! Content cooking and experience!

Sauce:

four teaspoons white vinegar

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1/two teaspoon tamarind pulp

1/two cup honey

1/two cup chopped cashews

two/3 cup new cilantro

two garlic cloves

two green onions

1 tablespoon table sugar

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

1/four cup olive oil

Egg Rolls:

1 diced avocado

two tablespoons sunlight-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped

1 tablespoon red onion, minced

1/two teaspoon new cilantro, chopped

1/two teaspoon salt

3 egg roll wraps

1 egg, crushed

Sauce:

(1) Combine the vinegars, tamarind, honey, and saffron together and microwave for about 1-two minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.

(two) Stir to dissolve tamarind.

(3) In a blender vinegar combination from earlier mentioned with the cashews, onions, cilantro, garlic cloves, sugar, black pepper, cumin and olive oil.

(four) Refrigerate right until ready to use.

Egg Rolls:

(1) Stir avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and salt. This is your filling.

(two) Spread the filling onto the center of just about every egg roll wrapper.

(3) Fold the bottom corner of the egg roll wrappers about a quarter of the way around the filling.

(four) Spread egg around the other corners and edges of the wrappers, roll up and fold the top corner around.

(5) Deep fry the egg rolls in hot oil right until golden brown.

(6) Drain and allow great.
