Cheesecake Factory's Avocado Egg Rolls Copycat Recipe


Who won't really like the Cheesecake Factory? I browse someplace that it was voted America's favored chain restaurant. With menu objects like these egg rolls, I can see why! Thrilled cooking and take pleasure in!

Sauce:

four teaspoons white vinegar

one teaspoon balsamic vinegar

one/2 teaspoon tamarind pulp

one/2 cup honey

one/2 cup chopped cashews

2/3 cup fresh new cilantro

2 garlic cloves

2 green onions

one tablespoon table sugar

one teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

one teaspoon cumin

one/four cup olive oil

Egg Rolls:

one diced avocado

2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped

one tablespoon red onion, minced

one/2 teaspoon fresh new cilantro, chopped

one/2 teaspoon salt

3 egg roll wraps

one egg, beaten

Sauce:

(one) Blend the vinegars, tamarind, honey, and saffron collectively and microwave for about one-2 minutes, based on the power of your microwave.

(2) Stir to dissolve tamarind.

(3) In a blender vinegar mixture from earlier mentioned with the cashews, onions, cilantro, garlic cloves, sugar, black pepper, cumin and olive oil.

(four) Refrigerate right up until available to use.

Egg Rolls:
